All the same, in the repugnant way corporations are churning out resource-draining dreck, here’s a two-disc set of Costner filming Costner as the savior of mankind. After an environmental disaster, one child has the key to “Dryland” and Costner must ward off Dennis “Paycheck” Hopper to get the secret. Dull by definition.
