You can probably count the number of webcomic artists whose work has appeared in an art gallery on one hand. Maybe two, I haven’t actually checked. Sam Brown is one of those proud few. His unique lines and bold color palette sets his stick figures (yup) apart from the ones you draw when your significant other calls to tell you how much they miss you. Brown fills his minimalist characters with an impressive amount of emotion, which comes from the honesty he puts into his work. Continue reading

Jesse Haley started his own local design company, South End Textiles (S.E.T.), in 2007.
