FOTOBOM: GANGNAM STYLE FLASH MOB

When Gangnam Style breaks out, Emily’s on it.

The Harvard group Korean Wave met at Harvard Yard and led a group of students and the public to a Gangnam Style flash mob. Korean Wave, or “Hallyu,”  refers to the sizzling popularity of South Korean popular culture and Gangnam Style by PSY is a Korean pop song that has recently gone viral on YouTube. In the middle of the festivities, a man and his dog took the opportunity to boogie down.

    The group that created this is actually called the Korean Cultural Volunteer Outreach program led by Eugenia Kim through the supervision of the Korean Society of New England. We had contacted Harvard’s KSA to help us gather more people. Thank you for posting this!
