The best thing about local dance nights is how—EDM being a relative musical whippersnapper—they all have manageable anniversaries. A “4th” over here, a “6th” over there, etc. Take this tub-thumping evening. After five years you get top names like GOTH-TRAD, but as far as bragging rights go “5th” is way better than “29th” or “MCXVIII.” Swing by and you can totally say you were there… not before it was cool … but the exact moment everyone knew it was cool.
