The folks at Zumix are committed to empowering “youth” to “make strong positive change in their lives, their communities, and the world.” The folks in the Jamaica Plain-based Lovewhip are committed to empowering “the booty” to “make strong positive change in the clubs, the pants, and the ass-shakin’ world.” Tonight, at the Bremen Street Park, those goals (one real, one suspiciously fake-sounding …) combine for a night of virulently infectious electronic dance music as part of the Zumix Summer Concert series. They also combine to give you great butt-powers and—fair warning—great butt-responsibility.
