Jack London’s The Sea-Wolf was a brutal, realist counter-point to the Nietzschean “ubermensch” set aboard a sealer helmed by a sadistic, amoral captain. Sea Wolf, coming to Church tonight, is Alex Church’s breezy, effervescent―yet not insubstantial―indie folk project. Ahem. Yeah. Best we got is “music to not Hitler to.”
