As you’ve heard from our giddy diatribes, one of our favorite Boston acts, Kingsley Flood, played their very first Newport Folk Festival this year. And while we told you our experiences (here, here, and here),
have you ever wondered what it’s like for the bands that are playing?
Because they’re great, Kingsley took some DigBoston disposable cameras and documented their journey through Newport Folk.
Their pictures do justice to the festival experience in a way that few others can: they’re ambient, they’re silly, and they’re finally developed (hat tip to the fine folks at CVS for keeping up with the ancient art of the disposable camera).
