Q: How does this work?

A: Our advertising partners, in their ever-so-savvy way, pay for some of their advertisements by issuing us gift certificates to resell to you, our lovable readers, at a discount. They save a little money. You save a little money. And we continue to produce the Dig with all the content you crave. Its a win, win, win situation.

Q: What do I need to know about redeeming my Gift Certificates and my Gift Cards?

A: All gift certificates and rechargeable gift cards purchased through the DigDeals program are subject to the following terms in addition to any terms laid out specific to the certificate you purchase:

-Certificates and cards have no cash value and no change will be given

-Certificates and cards are not refundable

-Lost or stolen gift certificates and gift cards cannot be reissued

-Certificates may not be combined with any other promotions offered by the certificate issuer/Dig advertiser

-Unless otherwise noted, only one gift card or certificate may be used per party per visit

-Gift Certificates and Cards do not cover Gratuity. Your servers work hard so Gratuity on the full value of your purchase must be paid in cash at the time of redemption.

Q: Can I get my gift certificate delivered electronically?

A: Currently we are very old fashioned, delivering our wares through the good ol’ Postmaster General. Our advertisers issue us gift certificates and/or rechargeable gift cards that meet their individual business needs and we fulfill orders for them in a web 1.0 sort of way. But we would love to bring these 1/2 prices goodies to you electronically and expect to enter the Web 2.0 sphere soon.

Q: So, what are my Shipping Options?

A: We currently offer shipping 2-4 days via US First Class Mail.
