Nick Minieri was sweet enough to let us use his photos from Camp Coldbrook Music & Arts Festival this past weekend for a Fotobom. No, I’m not regretting the fact that I didn’t go to this fest at all … *whimpers*
*sobs*
NICK’S ACCOUNT FROM BEANTOWNBOOGIEDOWN.COM:
I hope everyone out there had a KILLER weekend. There was definitely no shortage of stuff happening around town these past few days, most of it in air conditioned rooms to help us take our minds off the mildly unseasonal 100-degree temps. The highlight for me was most definitely Camp Coldbrook, about a two-hour drive west of the city. Only in its second year, this festi drew more than 1300 people from all over New England for three days of music, drinking,
and whatever happens there stays there.
I didn’t end up getting there until almost 1am Sunday morning, but ended up partying through the night, just long enough to catch the fire spinners do some wicked routines as the sun came up. I wouldn’t recommend trying this stuff at home. Unless you’re like the dude above and you really know what you’re doing … and your house is fireproof.
