Some people believe that our generation has grown up. Now is not the time for video games, card games, and watching movies. It’s time for paying bills, getting jobs, and settling down. We can’t be indulging in such immature pastimes anymore. We have to be adults.
Well, fuck that.
This Tuesday, and every other Tuesday until the end of time (maybe), at the Good Life Bar, the innovative nerds at Game Over have organized a nerd night. There is something for every subculture. Want to play Magic: The Gathering? There’s going to be a booster draft. Want to play some old-school Nintendo 64 games? People will be bringing over equipment. Want to just sit back and play a board game? Play some Street Fighter? Drink heavily? Meet some new people? Talk about Doctor Who for 10 hours? I think you get the point. It’s time to get off the Internet, and ramble on for way too long about anything you want, which I may or may not be doing right now.
You might have to put on some pants for this one though. Just saying.
