You know, it’s pretty easy to gather a bunch of contemporary artists whose works comment on a shared culture of emigration, familial separation and life in a hostile Miami. Wait—did we say “easy?” What we meant to say was that this group of works centered around the Cuban diaspora—and featuring artists such as Edel Bordón, Reinaldo Campillo, Guillermo Estrada Viera and Yunayka Martin Martinez—opens in Boston’s South End tonight. What we also meant to say was “not, in any way shape or form.” Like, right before the “easy” there.
