Amongst many, many, many, many, many other things, Nellie is personal assistant to our publisher, Jeff Lawrence. This alone makes her the single most patient human being that has, or likely ever will, be born.

That statement is not in any way, shape, or form intended as hyperbole.

If Nellie somehow found herself up against Gandhi in a staring contest, trust us—the good money’s on Sweet.

Further evidence for the beatification file: Nellie’s originally from coastal Maine, and not once has she ever complained that this comes up in every conversation. Seriously. Living Saint.

If an event is run smoothly, it’s because of Nellie. If that Dig Deal you bought got to you in a timely manner, it’s because of Nellie. If any of us actually get our paychecks this month (fingers crossed!) it’s because Nellie made it to the bank.

Nellie is the reason you’ve got this in your hands or on your screen.

So what we’re trying to say is: this is really all her fault.
