The latest themed installment for this local, less-than-regular, more-than-funny comedy showcase is “Too Much, Too Soon”—which could apply to several things. Food, money, even alcohol, if you can believe it. Or, it could refer to the fact that comedian Eugene Mirman and musicians Kristin Hersh and Cotton Candy will perform. So … “too much” talent? Jeez. We’d tell these Arthurian chuckle-knights not to be so hard on themselves, but if that neurosis is what engenders lineups of this caliber …we’ll just say we’re “mostly pleased.” (Side note: squeee!)
