DIG THIS AWARDS 2012

Boston’s been called a city of neighborhoods, but what it really is, is a city of cities. You could start your day with a six-shot espresso shot from Diesel in Somerville, grab Dan Dan Noodles to go for lunch at Myers + Chang in the South End, head over to Brookline Booksmith to pick up that JT LeRoy novel you had on special order, and then end the evening with a show at T.T.’s in Cambridge. You could, and more importantly, you do. Daily. Around here, if you don’t have a go-to for which coast of the Charles you’re at, then you just aren’t trying.

Which is why, for this year’s Dig This Awards, we didn’t want to make you pick—we let you decide what’s the best on your side of the river. These are the places that make you love where you live, and now it’s time to give some of that love right back.
