IN THE TUBES : JEFF ROWE #OCCUPYBOSTON

jeff-rowe-225x300

Local singer-songwriter Jeff Rowe wrote “A Thousand Ways” about the Occupy Boston movement, and it’s available to download for a dollar. But when Rowe says, “So here it is, my first real pop song / gonna sell it for millions, gonna give it away,” he means that every cent will go to the people who are now living in Dewey Square.

If an artist who probably isn’t making much to begin with giving all of their money to charity isn’t the biggest “Fuck you” to the wealthy, then I don’t know what is.
