Usually, we avoid enumerating the plusses of an event in boring-ass list format. If there isn’t a hovercraft reference somewhere, then we haven’t done our jobs. However, tonight’s Mellow Bravo show at the Middle East Downstairs demands listing, on account of all this “excellence” stuff. Expect rock, riffs, a record release, ‘Gansett (who sponsored the fuck out of this) and performances by Movers & Shakers, Roadsaw, J/Q and DJ Nook. Also: free hovercraft. Nah, we’re just—wait. They do?
