Well, local dream-pop act Jim Hewitt, otherwise known as Orca Orca, garners the same level of devotion, without sucking. So smart. Just echoey synths and breathy vocals here, folks. Also: didja know that orca whale calls are so advanced, some scientists think they border on culture—much like the culture that Orca Orca will be communicating at Great Scott tonight? Wow. Like, the Internet, right? Totally.
