Ah …the sun is up, the birds are out, the electronica is whirr-beep-clacking. On a day like this, one has to ask: why is everything bad forever? On top of the departure of the Dig‘s venerated Music and Arts editor, Hilary Hughes (to Brooklyn, no less), and the second-extinction of the dinosaurs (see: Monday, September 3), is a farewell show for this Boston-based trip-hop duo. ‘Course, that farewell does mean one last live listen to some soon-to-be missed trance-y beats and synths. *le sigh* Sometimes, parting can be such sweet sweetness.
