Hearing that Nathen Maxwell and the Original Bunny Gang are at Great Scott tonight makes one wonder: what is the other Bunny Gang like? As opposed to the aforementioned folk-funk outfit lead by that titular Flogging Molly member, San Diego’s Bunny Gang are a dirty, distorted garage rock group who, to be frank, sound purdy scawy. Extra parts “gang,” indeterminate parts “bunny.” The difference between a Bugs and a Bunnicula, here.
