Remember how that (plus candy) made the sad go away? Tonight at O’Brien’s you can relieve those salad days with Hopeful Romantics, an amorous evening featuring music by Steph Barrak & Eva Walsh, Laura Distasi, kalyn rock and Magen Tracy & the Missed Connections. The whole shindig is hosted by some “Hilary Hughes” character, who will be reading love notes culled from the audience throughout the night. Give someone a hadouken … to the heart.
