There’s no denying that the Boston Beer Company helped kick-start the craft brew revolution. Despite the company’s exponential success and Samuel Adams becoming a household name, founder Jim Koch refuses to turn into a Hearst-esque recluse. Last week, Koch personally conducted a tour of his flagship Boston brewery.
