Rights of Minorities

The Census figures are out, and Boston has added bodies in the last 10 years, along with other urban areas throughout the state. As population shifts, politicians keep their eyes on how to take advantage by redistricting. We spoke to a member of a voting rights group to ask how well minority voices are represented, and whether or not you can do something to raise their political impact.
