LUPEC: PELO DE PERO

Getting over that Sangria hangover …

MICHELADA
Adapted from THE CRAFT OF THE COCKTAIL by Dale DeGroff

1 oz fresh lime juice
3 dashes Tabasco sauce
.25 oz soy sauce
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
Pinch black pepper
1 oz Maggi seasoning or Habanero sauce
12-oz beer of choice
Coarse salt for garnish

Rub a lime wedge around the lip of the glass, then dip it into a saucer of coarse salt for
garnish. Mix the first six ingredients of your choice in the bottom of a beer glass. Fill with ice
and top with your favorite beer.
