Workin’ it as both an effective meta-tale about the end of the silent film era, and a genuinely touching homage to that same time period, The Artist (screening tonight at ArtsEmerson’s Bright Family Screening Room), pretty much owned it up at the 2012 Oscars.
Film totally got robbed on “Best Sound Editing” though.
