Art you can use is just an email away

While checking out Somerville Open Studios early this month, I ran into the husband-and-wife team behind Danna Design who have recently launched a line of one-of-a-kind, tote bags. Artist Dan Goldberg and clothing designer Anna Marie Nocente told me that he “creates the original vibrant acryclic paintings on canvas or linen” and she “turns them into fun, whimsical, and unique bags.”

The couple is “taking their shared knowledge and talents to produce one-of-kind tote bags. Each functional tote has been individually designed and constructed with careful attention to every detail to make it truly special.”

Looking to treat yourself or someone you love with an unusual gift? Email amnocente@gmail.com to order a Danna Design bag for $225 direct from Anna and Dan.
