Say hello to the best free festival of this summer.

BEAN Festival, aka Boston’s Entertainment & Arts Nirvana, will take over the Lawn on D on Saturday, August 22 from 12 PM to 10 PM. The community music and arts festival focuses on highlighting talent from Boston’s neighborhoods, including East Boston, Dorchester, Roxbury, Brighton, Cambridge, and more. Thanks to a collaboration between CLLCTV Boston and TreeHouse Entertainment, LLC, the grassy area will be flooded with live music, DJs, children’s activities, community service organizations, and interactive art installations. Plus local food trucks Stoked Pizza and Cod Squad will be on site from 12 PM to 10 PM for all your nomming needs.

Who’s playing? Brek. One, Michael Christmas, Vundabar, Sevnth Wonder, The Trap Music Orchestra, Yvng Pavl, “Billie & Phyllis”, The Yellow R Kel, Funeral Advantage, Big Bear, Latrell James, a Zumix showcase, Tania, Slick Vick, and That Somebody. Seeing all of those musicians and DJs back to back is hard to process. What makes it harder? The fact that it’s 100% F R E E. We may just faint.

RSVP here before you regret not going. Trust us.
