If you happened to swing by last Saturday’s Sound of Our Town event, then you got the scoop early on this year’s Boston Music Awards nominees. If not, here’s the deal: as usual, there’s a broad range of rising and established local talent (and, of course, an award for the “Best Boston Artist That Doesn’t Live in Boston”) in the mix, some of whom you can look forward to seeing at this year’s event on December 14 at the Revere Hotel (full lineup will be announced in November).
