Boston Calling Fall 2015 Graphic

Boston Calling’s spring festival may have just wrapped up, but they’re already looking ahead to the fall edition later this year. On September 25 to 27, City Hall Plaza will see its gates stormed by another grouping of indie rock, folk, pop, and rock acts. Headliners include The Avett Brothers, alt-J, and Alabama Shakes. As for the local openers, Dirty Bangs (who rocked it at the Rock n’ Roll Rumble) and Grey Season made the cut.

In addition to those listed, Hozier, Of Monsters and Men, Chvrches, Ben Howard, Chromeo, Walk The Moon, Nate Ruess, Father John Misty, Sturgill Simpson, Misterwives, Daughter, Twin Shadow, Stephen Malkmus and The Jicks, Doomtree, FIDLAR, The Staves, Grizfolk, and Bully are also set to play.

A limited number of tickets are available with General Admission 3-Day passes set at $160 and VIP 3-Day passes at $300. Boston Calling’s General Onsale will begin Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at 10AM EST, with General Admission 3-Day passes available for $175 and VIP 3-Day passes available for $375.

The whole announcement was revealed in a playful, half-animated video. Head to their website and notice it’s done up in a brand new design that’s far more aesthetically appealing than before. It looks like Boston Calling is getting a major makeover. Are you ready? Tickets are on sale here.
