HALLOWEEN PREMIERE: STIZ GRIMEY ‘THORAZINE SHUFFLE’

Written by DIG STAFF Posted October 28, 2017 Filed Under: MUSIC

A couple months ago, we had the opportunity to hang out with Boston filmmaker Johnny Hickey on the set of his upcoming horror flick Habit. The movie features a range of local actors and national TV personalities, and as such collaborations often go, the effort has resulted in side projects already. Here’s the word from Team Grimey about this video which comes just in time for the goriest day of the year…

This year filmmaker Johnny Hickey wrapped principle photography on his new psychological horror film Habit.  Starring Boston personalities including MTV all-star and challenge champ Chris Tamburello aka “CT,” whose new TV show, the “Challenge Dirty 30,” airs every Tuesday night at 10pm on MTV.

Habit marks the second film by Johnny Hickey, whose first film Oxy-Morons was released with critical acclaim. Habit also stars Stanley Bruno aka “Stiz Grimey,” who with inspiration from his role in the film wrote this latest eerie single, “Thorazine Shuffle,” along with a completely twisted video directed by Hickey.
